Brand Systems & Identity

We design brand systems that are built to live, not just launch. From core strategy and positioning to logos, typography, color, and layout, we create visual and verbal languages that are flexible, accessible, and easy for teams to actually use.

Content & AI-Ready Toolkits

We shape the underlying structure behind your content so you can produce more without losing the plot. That includes modular templates, story formats, and on-brand AI workflows across channels like social, email, campaigns, and internal comms — all designed to keep your message consistent as you scale.

Websites & Digital Experiences

We help you translate your brand into clear, confident digital experiences. We focus on structure, flow, and interface design first, then work with your preferred platform or partners to bring it to life — from simple marketing sites to more complex product or platform surfaces.

Workshops, Templates & Guides

Staying on brand gets harder as teams grow and tools multiply. We create guidelines, templates, and trainings that make it easier for people across the organization to do good work on their own — giving structure without shutting down experimentation.

Campaigns & Creative Direction

We work with teams to develop campaign concepts, narratives, and visual systems that connect back to the core brand. Whether it’s a launch, a moment in culture, or an ongoing series, we help align messaging, imagery, and motion so every expression feels like part of the same story.

Ongoing Brand Partnerships

Some of our best work happens over time. We embed as a trusted creative partner to support in-house teams with reviews, refinements, and new experiments. The goal is simple: keep the system healthy, responsive, and aligned with where the organization is headed next.

Your Questions, Answered

  • Most of our work sits at the intersection of brand systems, content, and digital experiences. That can look like a new identity, a refresh of an existing brand, a content and template system, or ongoing creative support for a growing team.

  • Yes. We often work with emerging brands and teams who are growing quickly and need clarity, structure, and tools they can use right away. We also partner with more established organizations that are evolving their story or expanding into new markets.

  • We begin with a conversation about where you are, what’s changing, and what you need your brand to do. From there, we define the scope together—what we’re solving, what we’re delivering, and how we’ll measure success.

  • We work in collaboration, not in a black box. You’ll see work in progress, be part of key decisions, and have clear checkpoints along the way. Our goal is to build systems and tools that feel like they belong to your team, not to us.

  • Timelines depend on the scale of the work. A focused identity or system project might run 3-6 weeks. More complex engagements that involve websites, campaigns, or multi-team alignment extend longer. We’ll share a clear timeline once we understand the scope.

  • Yes—carefully. We use AI where it supports exploration, iteration, and scale, while keeping craft, context, and human judgment at the center. We’re transparent about where AI is involved and design systems so your team can use these tools responsibly.

  • Participant Systems is based in Pennsylvania and works with clients across the U.S. and beyond. Most projects are fully remote, with optional in-person sessions for key moments when it makes sense.

What’s the next step?

If you’re curious about working together, the next step is a short conversation. Share a bit about your team, your timing, and what you’re hoping to build, and we’ll follow up with a clear recommendation on how we can help — or point you in a better direction if we’re not the right fit.

When you’re ready, get in touch via email and we’ll take it from there.
